Review of existing M&E system and make recommendations on effective and efficient integration and scale up

Development of a comprehensive M&E System for Lagos State Public Procurement Agency.

Key Activity 3

Provision of Technical Assistance on Institutionalizing government wide performance contracting and management systems; and

Key Activity 4

Conduct training of key staff of targeted 10 MDAs to implement  performance contracting and management systems

Key Activity 5

Conduct training of key staff of Lagos State Public Procurement Agency to be able to implement the M & E system and report on Key Performance Indicators.
